Azores Airlines Web Check-in

Available to those holding a ticketed Azores Airlines itinerary, web check-in allows travellers to register for their flight, to advise the airline of the number of bags they are checking-in, and to select their seat before arriving at the airport.

Please note that for all flights to/from Canada and the USA, your boarding pass cannot be printed when checking-in online and will be issued at the airport by Azores Airlines.

The online check-in service is available to guests in any class of service, on the day of travel only, between 24-hours and up to 75 minutes (1hr 15mins) before departure. It is available in most cities on the Azores Airlines network, including in Toronto and in the Azores.

Once checked-in, guests can simply drop their checked luggage off with the airline at an express baggage drop station at the airport, have their boarding pass printed, and proceed through security to their gate.

Web check-in is not available to those travelling with an infant (on lap), those needing special assistance, travelling with special baggage, on a student ticket or to those travelling on connecting flights operated by a carrier other than Azores Airlines. In any of these cases, or for any other reason, please check-in directly with Azores Airlines at the airport.

Azores Airlines Mobile Check-in

All the features available to those checking-in online are now available on your smartphone, tablet or any internet enabled mobile device. Mobile check-in allows Azores Airlines guests to check-in prior to arriving at the airport, alleviating waiting time in long airport queues.

Azores Airlines Airport Check-in

Airport check-in is available to all ticketed guests flying Azores Airlines, no matter your class of service. For all intercontinental flights, whether you check-in online in advance or not, it is recommended passengers arrive at the airport 2hrs 30 minutes before their scheduled departure, to ensure a smooth airport experience.

The check-in counters close 1hr prior to departure, and whether you've checked-in online or not, you may not be allowed to board.
