1. Beaches Turks and Caicos
Located on a 12-mile beach in Providenciales, this all-inclusive resort offers a fabulous getaway for families. Your tots can meet their favourite Sesame Street® characters while your teens enjoy some friendly competition in the Xbox Play Lounge.
Beaches Turks and Caicos offers four wheelchair-accessible rooms which are each outfitted with lowered beds, closets, and safes and have roll-in showers, bathroom handrails, raised toilet seats, an extended shower head, and an inward opening door.
Wheelchairs, motorized scooters, and beach wheelchairs are available for guests to borrow for easy access both on and off the beach. Of the 21 restaurants on the property, 19 are fully wheelchair accessible (while Barefoot is accessible by beach wheelchair).
2. Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya
Romantic moments are endless at Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya. Music under the stars, smooches under the sun, and captivating views of the local green turtles under the waves.

While not every restaurant has a ramp or zero-entry access, there are eight mouthwatering eateries that do: Stew Fish, The Mill, Kimonos, Arizona's B.B.Q, Cafe de Paris, and Soy Dino.
Plus, Beaches Negril offers three wheelchairs and three beach wheelchairs for guests to use.
4. Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya
Golden sand beach on one side, scenic marina on the other. All-inclusive fun everywhere in between. Want your family vacation done right? You go to Dreams Aventuras.
While the resort offers only one wheelchair-accessible room (which might mean competition for popular travel dates), the property itself is one of the most easily navigable in the region. In addition to the ground floor Deluxe Garden View room with bathroom handrails and shower chair, guests can use access ramps to the swimming pool and other public areas. There’s accessible parking, fully accessible restaurants, and a cozy beach palapa with an access ramp. Super luxurious!
