Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are the age of majority in their province or territory as of September 22nd, 2015. Contest closes at 7pm (EST) Tuesday September 22nd 2015. The contest sponsors are Flight Centre Travel Group (Canada) Inc. dba FLIGHT CENTRE ("FLIGHT CENTRE"") and Air Canada (together referred to as "Contest Sponsors"").The following persons and their dependents are not eligible to enter or win: The Flight Shops Inc. dba FLIGHT CENTRE, GOGO Worldwide Vacations, Flight Centre Associates, Corporate Traveller, FCm Travel Solutions, Stage and Screen Travel Services and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertisers, sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of each of the above.

The Prize
There are ten (10) prizes to be won consisting of two (2) Air Canada Economy Class round trip tickets from Toronto to London.
Maximum value of the prize package is $3000.00 CDN. If selected Prize Package at the time of travel, including taxes and associated fees, is greater than the maximum value, the difference is to be paid by the Prize Package Winner. Airline tickets must be a true operated Air Canada flight,no other airlines are permitted to be on the ticket. A valid passport and relevant travel documentation including, but not limited to visas, are required and the responsibility and liability of the winner. Other exclusions to Prize include, but are not limited to, meals, transfers, incidentals and travel insurance.
All prize trips are subject to availability and may be subject to blackout dates. The standard blackout periods include: December 16th, 2015 to January 6th, 2016 and June 22nd, 2016 to September 6th, 2016 which are subject to change. Frequent Flyer mileage accumulation is not permitted as well as the use of eUpgrade credits. This prize must be redeemed by March 1st, 2016 and travelled by October 1st, 2016, other wise the prize will be forfeited. Redemption will be facilitated through the FLIGHT CENTRE marketing department.
This prize must be taken as offered and is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash. No prize substitutions are permitted except by FLIGHT CENTRE as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. All incidental expenses associated with collection, redemption, and usage of prize are the responsibility of the winner. Once your ticket has been issued, the origin and destination can't be changed. However, a change to the flight time, and/or travel date is permitted. A change fee per ticket may apply.
Promotional pass recipients may be held liable to Air Canada for failure to adhere to the restrictions and conditions of travel applicable to their tickets or for the fraudulent use of those tickets. Air Canada reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotional code at our discretion. Any violation of these conditions may be subject to cancellation of the promotional code, of any booking made using this promotional code, and/or to any legal or other recourse available for the recovery of damages suffered or costs, expenses or loss incurred as a result of such prohibited use.
Travel insurance is at winner's expense and highly recommended. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize winner to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas, as applicable and to comply with any customs and immigration requirements.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must follow the clues revealed on Flight Centre's Social Media channels on Tuesday September 22nd (either on their Facebook page or Twitter account), and find the Flight Centre Captain at a particular location in Toronto, step on to the Flight Centre mat, and say the secret password which will be revealed on their Social Media channels that hour. Participants can find the clues at: www.facebook.com/flightcentreca or www.twitter.com/flightcentreca.
If participants arrive at a checkpoint, but fail to be the first to complete the required task to win, they will still be provided with a boarding pass to the after-party where they will still have an opportunity to win the final prize giveaway.
No purchase necessary.
The contest begins on Tuesday September 22nd, 2015 at 9am EST and closes on Tuesday September 22nd at 7pm EST (the "Contest Closing date"). Nine (9) Prizes will be given away at various checkpoints in Toronto, and one (1) prize will be drawn at random to those with boarding passes at the after-party held at a secret location in Toronto. The winner must be in attendance to win.

How to Win
For the first 9 giveaways (given away each hour at random checkpoints in Toronto) the winner will be awarded for being the first to spot the Flight Centre Captain, step onto the Flight Centre mat, and say the secret password for that checkpoint. If the winner incorrectly says the password, or fails to step on the mat, the next entrant in line will have the opportunity to win.
For the final giveaway, all eligible entries received at the after-party, will be put into a random draw. Participants can only win once and must be in attendance at the checkpoint, or after party to win.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Contest sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize in whole or part in the event that all or any component of a prize or prizes are unavailable in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

Terms and Conditions
All entrants confirm their compliance with these official contest rules by participating. Prize will be arranged directly with the Winners within thirty (30) days of the contest.
Before being awarded the Winner, potential winner will be required to sign and return within the time stipulated by FLIGHT CENTRE, a full release and indemnity form stating he/she has read and understood the official Terms and Conditions. In the event that the potential winner does not comply with all of the provisions as contemplated in these Terms and Conditions, FLIGHT CENTRE shall have right to disqualify potential winner and draw an alternate potential winner and the Contest Sponsors shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to FLIGHT CENTRE and its designees' use of their name/s and /or photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation. FLIGHT CENTRE reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the contest as determined by FLIGHT CENTRE in its sole discretion.
The Contest Sponsors' promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter. Winner of this competition will be published on our blog: www.flightcentre.ca/blog as well as our social channels.
The selected entrants for the Grand Prize Packages (the "Winners") and his or her guest shall be responsible for all insurance (including without limitation, travel and medical insurance) for the duration of the trip (the "Grand Prize Period"), ground transportation to and from the Winner's place of residence to the closest international airport, gratuities, all meals, applicable taxes, optional excursions, spending money, entrance fees, and overweight baggage fees if required, incidentals and any and all other expenses not specified in the above description of the Grand Prize Package. Winner and guest must follow all instructions of the Sponsors and facility staff or participation in the Grand Prize Package may be forfeited, in whole or in part. Winner and guest must travel together and depart from the same location. Winner and guest are responsible for ensuring that all travel papers (including but not limited to passport and travel visas) required for travel to the Destination are in good order, and are valid prior to, and for the entire duration of, the Grand Prize Period.
Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of FLIGHT CENTRE whose decisions are final. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from these promotions. FLIGHT CENTRE reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules. By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the Contest Sponsors, which shall be final. By participating in any FLIGHT CENTRE giveaway, each participant agrees to release and hold the Contest Sponsors and their employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of the Contest Sponsors, their advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the giveaways; or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
FLIGHT CENTRE is not responsible for any lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, misdirected or postage due rule requests any associated information as a result of prize claim/s. Proof of identification and eligibility will be required before claiming the prize. This includes Name, Residential Address and Birth date.
Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

Frequency of Entries & Posting in Public Forums
Although a person can participate as many times as they wish throughout they day, they can only win once. If they have already received a boarding pass for the after-party at a previous checkpoint, they can still receive boarding passes at other check points they choose to participate in (thus increasing their odds of winning for the final draw at the after-party). If a participant has already won one of the grand prizes, they will still be able to attend the after-party, but not eligible to be put into the draw for the final giveaway.
The decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Winner must respond, and confirm their mailing address, within seven (7) days from the date of the notification attempt, after this it will be assumed to be invalid and a new Winner will be selected. If any prize notification, or any prize, is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner from the pool of entries. Prize will be arranged directly with the Winner within thirty (30) days of the Winner's response.
Winner assumes all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by participation or by any prize, and release the Contest Sponsors. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use Winner's name, city and Province (e.g. Jane Doe Vancouver, BC) for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation. FLIGHT CENTRE guarantees that the personal details, including email address, of entrants will not be publicized, rented or sold - unless express permission has been given by the entrant.

Your Chances of Winning
Chances of winning are determined by the total number of participants at each check point and at the after-party. All provincial and local laws and regulations apply. In the event that any giveaway is compromised in any way, electronically or otherwise, that is beyond the control of FLIGHT CENTRE, we reserve the right to withdraw the giveaway and award the prize from among entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal.
